Barcocina is not a typical Mexican restaurant, although its menu is informed and inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine. The ingredients, and the composition of the dishes, are surprising, idiosyncratic and delicious. For atmosphere alone, the waterfront restaurant is worth a visit.
