The Karzai family has another hit on its hands with Pen & Quill, the bustling, brightly colored restaurant in the new/old Chesapeake restaurant space. An ever-changing menu almost always offers a rendering of succulent pork belly as well as one of the better steak frites in the city, dripping with a gorgeous bearnaise sauce.
