Prosciutto balls or fried anchovies. Spaghetti alla carbonara or bolognese. Clam pizza or the fumo e fouco, a pie layered with smoked mozzarella and fried eggplant. Clearly, there’s a lot to love at Hersh’s, the South Baltimore spot owned by sister and brother Stephanie and Josh Hershkovitz.
