As colorful and as quirky as the museum where it is housed, Encantada is serious about impressing our palates. It lets vegetables, fruits and grains be the center of attention in a dish. We adore the fruits and roots small plate that includes apples, pears, beets, farro and quinoa bedazzled by a champagne-mustard vinaigrette.
