Chef Scott Hines is turning out impressive New American dishes that revolve around the seasons at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco restaurant. If the offerings are anything like the house-made pappardelle with veal-breast ragu or curried acorn squash we had, you’ll leave more than satisfied. The contemporary bar and lounge (check out Brendan Dorr’s excellent cocktails) and the upstairs dining room, which overlooks the action below, set the stage for a spot-on evening.
