Chef Steve Monnier is a long way from his native Reims, France, where he cooked at several prestigious restaurants around his country before moving to Los Angeles. He’s now in Baltimore, offering diners the benefit of culinary skills he’s sharpened along the way. His adorable BYOB bistro with 28 seats opened last year and offers a prix-fixe, changing menu that boosts French and New American dishes with locally sourced, seasonal products.
