This new restaurant, owned by Steve Roop, who runs next-door neighbor Portside Tavern, wowed us from the moment we stepped into the farmhouse-style space and were escorted to the second-floor dining room. You may not find what we had on the seasonally changing menu, but chef Paul Hajewski knows his stuff. We are still dreaming about the luscious cream of mussel soup, pan-roasted monkfish and grilled pork collar. (Baltimore Sun Best Restaurants 2017)
