When the popular Pazo closed at the end of last summer, everyone wondered what owners Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf would do next. It didn’t take long to find out that the focus would be on Argentine fare in the luxuriously remodeled space that was once was a 19th-century warehouse. Sumptuous meats cooked over a wood fire are on the menu with empanadas, pastas and pizzas, nods to Argentina’s various colonists. A big difference in the soaring room is the addition of a stage on the first floor with South American music, adding a fine beat to the food. (Baltimore Sun Best Restaurants 2017)
