If the name isn’t immediately recognizable, it’s because the clubhouse restaurant at Hobbit’s Glen Golf Club was known as Coho Grill until the new chef-owner, Thomas Zippelli, rechristened it last year. Besides the moniker, Zippelli, who worked at prestigious restaurants like Eleven Madison Park in New York and The French Laundry in California, introduced an exciting New American menu that pays attention to the growing seasons and area farmers.
