The sky-high space has been going strong for more than a year, offering diners a modern American menu with dabs of global intrigue. Several dishes, like the wood-roasted oysters, are cooked on the restaurant’s wood-burning oven, adding a perfumed smokiness to seafood and meats. The setting is lovely, too. The former boiler room of the old Gunther Brewing Co. has been transformed into several dining areas, including the main room, where a 10-by-16-foot living wall is a green focal point amid a brick background.
