We like how chef-owner Chad Gauss keeps it real. He’s genuinely involved in the running of the restaurant (as well as his other place, La Food Marketa) and allows his culinary vision to lead to creative and approachable New American preparations. His Baltimore club sandwich is a signature dish. The crab cake, shrimp salad and BLT combo layered between hearty potato bread is a great taste of our local food culture.
